3 Projects Won Awards of “High-quality Projects of Beijing Building Decoration”

On December 28th of 2012, according to on-site inspections and data verification of experts from Beijing Decoration Association, three projects contracted by China Decoration won awards of “2011-2012 High-quality Projects of Beijing building Decoration”, including Beijing Huaiyangfu Hotel Interior Decoration Project, Tiancheng Hotel Lobby Decoration Project and Wisteria Park Hotel Interior Decoration Project of Buildings A and B.

This is the fourth award for Huaiyangfu Hotel interior decoration project in Beijing; the previous awards were Nest Award, Architectural Decoration Award and Architectural Design Award of National Construction Engineering Decoration Prize. This fourth award doubles the glory. Huaiyangfu Hotel Project is located in Dongcheng District of Beijing. With the architectural property as a hotel, it covers an area of 4,500 square meters. Four aspects, including Jiangnan Style architecture, garden buildings, humanistic orientation and arts have been taken into consideration of design, with an overall traditional Chinese style.

Tiancheng Grand Hotel is located in the confluence of Jialing River and South River in Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province. Being the first 5-star hotel in the city, it is the “century-old landmark and city monument” of Guangyuan. Covering 45,000 square meters, the hotel has 27 floors with nearly 300 luxury rooms/suites. It is a comprehensive hotel catering travel, leisure, business and conference.

Wisteria Park Hotel is located in the center of Yangzhou city, Jiangsu Province. Being 3-storey building, this hotel consists of 81 rooms/suites. This project includes building renovation, interior renovation and landscape restoration. Through modern techniques and gray tones under the atmosphere of Chinese classical garden in Yangzhou, this hotel has been recreated as a fresh, elegant new hotel.

This award-winning has reminded China Decoration of the responsibilities and importance of creating quality projects, establishing brand and building credibility. China Decoration will make unremitting effort to improve the overall competency of architectural decoration industry!
