On the morning of 28th Dec., 2011, the unveiling ceremony of the Yangtze & China National Decoration Co., Ltd., a joint venture run by China National Decoration Co., Ltd. and the Yangtze Group was grandly held in Guangfang Garden of Yangzhou Cuiyuan City Hotel. WangYuxin, Vice Mayor of Yangzhou Municipal Government, Chen Guijiang, Deputy Director of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Yangzhou, WuGuoXing, President of the Beijing Construction Decoration Association (BCDA), Li Jiefeng, Chairman of China National Decoration Co., Ltd., ChenQiuming, President of Yangzhou Construction Decoration Association, Zhu Yuanhao, Chairman of Yangtze Group, SunYupei, Chairman of Yangzhou Urban Construction Investment Holding Group, as well as leaders of related departments from Municipal Construction Bureau, the Yangtze Group and its subordinated units attended this Unveiling Ceremony.

The Yangtze & China National Decoration Co., Ltd. is invested by the China National Decoration Co., Ltd. and the Yangtze Real Estate and Garden Real Estate affiliated to Yangtze Group, the establishment of which marks another success entry into Jiangsu and Zhejiang market with its increasing efforts in regional markets development.

Meanwhile, it witnesses the strong first step of Yangtze Group on the course to realize expansion and development of industry chain of real estate in the aspects of "Construction, decoration, sales and property services".

Li said that their cooperation with Yangtze Group was a strong alliance, which would surely bring about mutual promotion and win-win results to both sides. He promised to fully make use of existing resources advantages and cooperate with the Yangtze Group so as to promote the enterprise’s growth. Ling Weidong, the Vice-general Manager of Yangtze Group, and the Chairman of the newly established company expected that the company would fully take advantage of the new system and mechanism brought by the cooperation to better the work while being responsible for the society, shareholders, employees and clients with courage, innovation, and pragmatic principle.
