China Decoration Held a Special Financial Training Meeting

On September 29th, 2011, people crowded in the multi-function hall of headquarters of China National Decoration Co., Ltd, including financial principals of branch companies and project departments, for the special financial training meeting organized by China Decoration. Mr. Li Jiefeng, Chairman of Board of Directors attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. Mr. Huang Guojin, financial consultant of the company, and Mr. Cai Hong, Financial Manager were the 2 lecturers at the meeting.

The training meeting is designed to promote understanding of up-stream and downstream subcontracts, to regulate financial clauses in a contract to improve accuracy of wording of contract and further shorten the duration of approval of a contract; it further aims at standardizing expense invoice to improve financial accounting quality, prevent taxation risks, to strengthen communication and interaction, to improve professional consultancy quality of financial department and to provide practical financial scenario.

A the meeting, the key instructors elaborated to the financial clerks the requirements for financial clauses in all kinds of contracts, and listed different types of contracts and contract undertakings, such as upstream contracts like, design contract, construction contract, consultancy contract and sales contract, and down-stream contracts like procurement contract, labor subcontract, and so forth; they also explained to the participants about requirements of China Decoration for appendix in a contract such as undertaking letter, undertaking for taxation management certificate for non-domiciled business operation, change negotiation, certificate of completed execution of contract, etc. they also reiterated the company’s requirements for cost-led invoice, and showed some non-standard invoices and their harm, regulations of taxation authorities on labor subcontract and tax refund.

After the meeting, instructors of financial and legal affairs also answered questions raised by branch companies and project departments, which bewilder them at present.

Top management of China Decoration paid close attention and great support to this training meeting. Department staff also made meticulous preparation for it, so that problems, difficulties and questions encountered during work were duly and effectively solved. Branch companies and project departments also proactively engage in this training. The participants all commented that this activity gave them a lot and was quite helpful to their work in the future.
