Expert Group Visited Company’s Projects for Excellent Project Assessment

On June 9th, an expert group of 5 for excellent project assessment from Beijing Construction Decoration Association visited the to-be-assessed projects of China National Decoration Co., Ltd in the company of Mr. Chen Yigen, General Manager of the company.

The expert group, comprised of excellent designers, plumbing, decoration and civil work experts of construction and decoration industry, rigorously examined and reviewed projects submitted by China Decoration for excellent project assessment from different disciplinary perspectives in accordance with building project acceptance standard in terms of the projects’ technical indicators and workmanship.

Among the to-be-assessed projects, the decoration and alteration project for eastern canteen of Beijing International Convention Center is featured by diversification and enrichment of colors, shape and specific area in the context of its overall layout, making the canteen sublime and elegant, various in color and enjoyable; the decoration project for new office building of business flight of the capital airport highlights simplicity and reflects exquisite design, while demonstrates the strength and good profile of the owner, focuses on humanistic, unique characteristic and standard design with rich colors and well-coordinated lighting, showing high speed of business in modern society.

All above projects were found compliant with designed requirements, and their construction quality met standard for acceptance and were accepted by construction owners after completion after comprehensive assessment.

Mr. Jia, leader of the expert group expressed that the review and assessment of projects were designed to promote communication and learning about advanced construction experience between different excellent projects, to encourage innovation and application of new construction method, new materials and new technology, to achieve sustainable development of enterprise of decoration industry and create more qualified and refined projects for the city.
