----Senior Management of Qingdao Decai Decoration and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. Visits CNDC
It’s so delightful to have friends coming from far!
On July 1, Mr. Ye Decai, Chairman of Qingdao Decai Decoration and Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Decai Decoration”) led its senior management team of over 10 members visited CNDC for experience exchange. Mr. Li Jiefeng, Chairman of CNDC, and senior management accompanied the visiting team and welcomed their visit.
Since its establishment in the beginning of 1999, Decai Decoration has rapidly grown into a leader in local decoration industry based on the concepts of “practice integrity with business ethics and assure quality by virtue of our strength”. Many projects have won municipal, provincial, or even national awards.
A harmonious symposium was held in the primary meeting room to discuss ideas and thoughts around topics of industrial trend, enterprise construction, project construction management, factory processing, internal construction, and talent reservation etc.
Accompanied by Mr. Li and senior management of CNDC, Mr. Ye’s team visited working areas in the office building, design institute, and multi-functional hall. Mr. Li narrated CNDC’s development under joint efforts of all the staff since its restructuring. Meanwhile, with the site explanation by personnel of Emergency First Aid Guiding Center of Red Cross Society of Beijing Branch, it came to the visiting team's knowledge that CNDC positively cooperated with emergency training department of Red Cross Society to provide regular training to safety personnel during construction. Mr. Li demonstrated CPR operation with interest to the visiting team.
It was the first time of exchange between two vice-presidents of China Building Decoration Association. Both parties considered that promotion of mutual communication and learning in the industry would be very helpful for improving sustainable healthy development of decoration industry and win-win through cooperation between enterprises.
