Striving with Passion, Win the Future Together

On January 20, 2011, the China national decoration Co,. Ltd held an annual party in Beijing Oriental Bay International Hotel for the Chinese New Year. Leaders attending the annual party included Mr. Xu Peng, the executive vice president of China Building Decoration Association, Mr. Wang Zongli, president of Beijing Construction Association and honorary president of Beijing Building Decoration Association (former director of Beijing Construction Commission), Mr. Liu Yi, executive vice president of China Interior Decoration Association, and Miss Zhang Li, the secretary general, and president Wu Guoxing with all the leadership of Beijing Building Decoration Association, leadership of Kitchen & Bath Decoration Committee, Information Committee and Design Committee of China Building Decoration Association, leaders of China Construction News and China Homes Magazine and its branches presented themselves at the party, joined the staff of the company and participated in the ceremony. The party was full of harmonious music and drum music, an atmosphere of harmony and jubilation prevailed at the party.

In the warm applause, Li Jiefeng, the board chairman and general manager of the China National Decoration Co., Ltd. (“SINODECOR”), gave an solemn and warm speech of new year congratulation. Mr. Li told about the company’s 26 years development process, which touched the hearts of every participant. As a veteran enterprise in the building decoration industry of China, SINODECOR began with the “China Interior Kits Head Office”, which was founded in 1984 approved by the State Economic and Trade Commission, experienced restructuring to adapt to the market economy reform of China, and succeeded in the share-reform in 2010, during the upgrade and transformation process from the old state-owned enterprise to a modern enterprise, behind the drastic reforms are crystallized the passions of generations of leaders and the fervent expectation of a better future of the company. There are both crises and innovations along the way, but because of the encouragement of honor and applause, we are more confident about the road ahead! Among the emotional atmosphere, Mr. Li and all shareholders raised glass which signified thanksgiving, passion and blessing, and toasted the joyful reunion and the New Year! With the enthusiastic applause, the New Year annual party opened!

Mr. Zheng, general manager of SINODECOR Shanghai Branch, brought a classic sax “Going Home”, the moving melodies resounded through the hall, brought the dinner scene with a fresh and harmonious atmosphere, also highlighted the different style of excellent branch in SINODECOR. The poem reading “On This Day”, which was composed and performed by all colleagues of the company, interpreted the voice of every member of the SINODECOR throughout the simple and sincere recitation by the performers, the pious love and deep friendship to the SINODECOR were expressed among the cadence and passion. The allegro “Try Harder for a New Chapter”, which was written by the commissioner of president office in SINODECOR, under the wonderful interpretation of the host at the party, integrated the development of the SINODECOR into the catchy rhythm, just five minutes of lyrics and the crisp allergo sounded like the united and powerful footsteps, which symbolized that all the teams of SINODECOR vowed to move tomorrow in high-spirited attitude!

In addition, a series of drawing segments of first, second, third prizes and grand prize pushed the happy atmosphere to a climax, and all the leaders together with all participants shared the excitement about the drawing and the joy brought by the luck.

During the party, the leaders and the top management of the company presented prizes for excellent branches and project managers and outstanding cadres and staff in recognition of their positive contribution to the company and excellent results achieved in recent years, which also intended to call all colleagues to learn after the outstanding members, encourage all colleagues to strive for greater progress!

 Mr. Xu Peng, executive vice president of China Building Decoration Association, Mr. Wang Zongli, president of Beijing Construction Association and other leaders all gave gracious speeches for this annual party, they gave full recognition to the outstanding achievements of SINODECOR under the careful management of Mr.Li Jiefeng, the board chairman and general manager, their positive contribution to the industry and the country and their sense of responsibility as “develop the enterprise beneficial to the people and the country”, and placed high hopes and expectations to the future development of SINODECOR. They encouraged SINODECOR to continue its reform and innovation, to make efforts continuously for the “humanized, low carbon and civilized” harmonious future, to win further recognition and respect from the industry and society!

There was also warm and moving charity auction held on the scene of the annual party. The first branch ofSINODECOR donated a “Tai He Ji Xiang” calligraphy work, Mr. Fang, secretary of CPC SINODECOR Committee donated high-quality Blue-ray demo discs, which not only inspired the participants’ sense to support charity actions, also gave each item a special significance. All money from the charitable auction will be remitted to “China Decoration (Beijing) Charity Fund”, in order to help with the medical assistance of the industry practitioners, re-education of migrant workers and their children, and emergency, to help with the industry development.

There were also many other performances that made the party more wonderful like the interactive magic show brought by the Beijing Acrobatic Troupe, with (leader) interacting with the magicians, cheerful voices and laughter filling the entire venue.

Throughout the party, there was no massive lineup, less decorative light, but all company leadership and staff participated in it, and the presence of all leaders made the party full of warmth and emotion. Blooming in simplicity, standing at the leading position in the changing competitive landscape, it shows the endless energy and courage of SINODECOR.

The song “A Better Tomorrow” pushed the party to its climax. The song implicates celebrating and blessing, and sounds like our enthusiasm, and also sounds like the voice of all the participants to win a better future together!
