President’s New Year Greetings

A new year begins, and everything appears new and beautiful. At this moment for welcoming a new year, I, on behalf of the Chinese National Decoration Co., Ltd and in my own name, would like to extend my sincere gratitude and best wishes to the party and government departments at all levels, association leaders, customers and people from all social circles caring and supporting our development, as well as the shareholders trusting us and all staffs making a positive contribution to SINODECOR!

The year of 2010 is extraordinary, as our Company has completed the stock reform successfully and renamed as China National Decoration Co., Ltd. at the end of 2010. Our Company has been carrying forward and forging ahead in recent years, which, in face of the complicated changes of the decoration market, has united and forged ahead to strengthen the reform and innovation of the internal mechanisms and finish a series of changes from a state-owned enterprise to a modern type; our Company has constantly consolidated and expanded the construction of the Company's brand team outwards to allow SINODECOR’s brand well known throughout China, who has also cooperated with the "China Construction News", "Chinese Houses", "Interior Architecture of China" and many other well-known media to make SINODECOR’s web site construction, corporate trademark registration and VI system improvement etc. widely available in full ranges, while SINODECOR has also gained high visibility, credibility and reputation from this; meanwhile, SINODECOR is engaged in the improvement of the projects’ excellence and quality, whose ranking name in the National Building and Decoration Top 100 Enterprises, has raised to No.23 in 2008 from No.33 in 2007, and the top 20 in 2009. Among which, a large number of projects have won the highest awards of national levels, for example, the ICBC E-banking Decoration Project, the New Building Terminal at Dalian Zhoushui Airport and Kwun Tong Chinese-style Courtyard Club (Beijing) have won the National Construction Award in December, 2010; Henan Art Center Decoration Project has won the "China Construction Luban Award", the highest quality-related honor in the construction industry; and the Conference Centre of Ying Bin Hotel of the Yellow River in Henan has won the superior award. Besides, the supporting projects of the LED display outdoor decoration at Tiananmen Place constructed by us for three times during 2009 to 2010 is a great honor for us, because of which, our responsibility for decoration industry and the faith of enterprise development for the country are more firmly.

We have been realizing our dream step by step through the continuous reinforcement of our professional strength of "bigger and stronger" in the traditional decorative field, the starting of the base preparation of Tianjin aircraft interiors in recent years and the strategic cooperation of aircraft interiors "Blue Ocean" made with the foreign investment party of the global top 500 enterprises, and we have always known well about our future development!

This New Year is a year that marks the beginning of the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period. With the successful share reform, SINODECOR’s staff management structure will be further improved and the overall operating mechanism will also strictly operate towards the standardization and scientificity in 2011, therefore, we are confident in bringing more well-beings for all employees and make contributions for the healthy and further development of decoration industry, as well as the growth of economic strength of China.

Finally, I hope all my colleagues and friends can be able to wake up your endless energy by the vitality in 2011, and work together for a bright future with determined attitude and high passion!
