Employee Training in Three Management Systems

On the twelfth day of this month, the training to employees in three management systems (quality, environment, and occupational health and safety) was conducted in Head Office of China National Decoration Co., Ltd. As the three management system standards have changed, the training expert particularly explained the changed parts to ensure employees will truly know the new standards. Dozens of employees of Head Office and Project Department seriously learnt lessons given by authoritative expert in this field who benefited employees a lot through scientific and systematic teaching and explanation to make them have further understanding to the management systems.

Employees received theoretic knowledge on the latest management systems through the training, which enhanced their professional ethics and would help to build a scientific, efficient, economical, and risk-reducing modern enterprise management system, build a human-oriented enterprise culture of life care, resources saving, and environmental protection, so as to promote the enterprise’s market competitiveness for better and faster development.
