We Actively Apply for National Award of Architectural Decoration Project and Achieved Positive Achievements.

This year, three projects of our company have applied for national award of architectural decoration project. They are the 2nd phase decoration project of Yangzhou Municipal Party School Conference Center, the decoration project of 1# National Guest Building of the 3rd phase expansion project of Yangzhou Guesthouse Project and the project of Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University.

In order to coordinate closely with the work of the assessment team, on August 22nd, Guan Zuowei, the chief engineer of our company, led the manager of project manager and other related department heads and went to the project site at Yangzhou personally to participate in the inspection and assessment work of the national award of architectural decoration project.

The national outstanding project assessment work proceeded very smoothly. The experts from China Building Decoration Association gave very high recognition to the few projects participating in the selection and showed their satisfaction at the project quality of China Decor. The coordinated inspection this time laid a sound foundation for the following selection and application.

Located alongside Mingyue Lake in the west center of Yangzhou new town and neighboring Yangzhou International Exhibition Center and Sport Park, the 2nd phase decoration project of Yangzhou Municipal Party School Conference Center occupies a total area of 103mu and is a comprehensive modern architectural complex integrating conference, tourism and training etc. The project is located on No. 1 Qi Lidian Road, Hanjiang District, Yangzhou City. The total construction area is about 35600 square meters. The planned completion date is July 8th 2013 and the actual completion inspection date is December 30th 2013. The contractual amount is 70.83 million yuan and the building structure is 16 floors of framework. The 1st and 2nd floor constitutes the podium building. It has 2 large banquet halls, 1 all-day restaurant, 1 coffee house, 1 conference room, 4 dining rooms, 1 multi-functional room with supporting commerce and office facilities.

Next to beautiful Shu Gang---Slender West Lake Scenic Spot and opposite to across the water Xu Park, Yangzhou Guesthouse is next to Four Bridge Pavilion of Mist and Rain and Spring Willow on the Long Bank, Yangzhou Guest Greeting Hall is a five-star foreign tourist hotel. The project is located on No. 48 Shou Xihu Road, Yangzhou with the building structure of framework. The contractual commencement date is October 14th 2013 and the actual completion date is March 6th 2014. The construction cost under the contract is 29.388 million yuan. With a total construction area of 8,600 square meters, the National Guest Building has a variety of high-end reception places including state banquet hall, presence chamber, meeting room, western dining room and banquet hall etc. and over 30 suites of different sizes.
