“2009 Beijing Autumn Home Decoration Consultation Conference – 8th Beijing Environment-friendly Building Decoration Material Exhibition” organized by Beijing Building Decoration Association and supported by Beijing Municipal Construction Committee, Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Planning, China Building Decoration Association, China Ceramic Industry Association, China Construction Association, CITIC Interior Decoration and Engineering Company, Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and Beijing Consumer Association was held in Beijing Exhibition Center on August 14, 2009. During the exhibition, all famous decoration companies gathered together, and leaders of China Building Decoration Association, Beijing Building Decoration Association, Beijing Municipal Construction Commission, and Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Planning and Li Jiefeng – Chairman of the Company – participated in the exhibition.

China Construction News (CCN) moved to its newly purchased office building located at Building 40, Section 12 of Advanced Business Park of Fengtai District in the beginning of April. In order to acknowledge years of support by China Building Decoration Association and lots of decoration enterprises, CCN held “Acknowledgement Conference of CCN” in its new office building on April 28, 2009, and Li Jiefeng (Chairman & General Manager of the Company) and Wang Huilong (Financial Director) participated in the conference.

On May 23, 2009 (Saturday), officers of Engineering Management Department of China National Decoration Co., Ltd. went to Shanghai to conduct inspection to Gran Meliá Hotel Shanghai project and Spice Spirit Restaurant, which were under tense and orderly construction. The inspection personnel mentioned recent continuous rise of temperature and high potential of fire disaster, and required the project department to strengthen fire safety management on the site to ensure absolute safety.

Lu (Shao Xu) ever acted as Salt Business Director in Fu’an Saltworks, Taizhou Branch of Huaiyin-Huai’an Salt Transport Bureau during the reign by Guangxu in Qing Dynasty.
Erdos Zhujiang International Residential Area in Inner Mongo

Along-street building façade decoration project for Erdos Zhujiang International Residential Area in Inner Mongolia is a project undertaken by the Company with relatively large area of decoration with stone materials and complicated technology. The project covers an area of more than 7,000m2, and it’s designed to use as many as five kinds of stone materials, where a total of 500m of scaffolds need to be built. The project starts from June of this year and ends in August, during which the Company overcomes many difficulties such as heavy task with tight schedule, continuous operation of some stores involved in the project, and cease of water and power supply for the purpose of city civilization inspection. Finally, the Company completes construction before August 6, presenting a large gift for the coming Asian Arts Festival.
