With the rapid economic development and deepening reform and opening up in China, the project supervision has achieved considerable progress. In a few large cities, the number of supervising units has reached over 300 with the annual supervision income of about 2 billion Yuan. The development approach of the project supervision should adapt to many circumstances including economic development, the deepening reform, challenges facing China after accession to WTO and the double impact on the consulting industry from market economy and knowledge economy etc. The author thinks that the project supervision will shift towards the following two ways: first, considering our national conditions, most supervision enterprises will be professionalized and take on-site supervision; second, according to international practice, a few competent supervision enterprises will come towards all-process and omni bearing project management. These two approaches will supplement and facilitate each other to boost Chinese supervision industry to a higher level.

Introduction: June 5th of this year is the 40th World Environment Day. On the same day 40 years ago, delegates from all countries put forward a resounding slogan: We only have one earth! As an energy-intensive industry, construction industry has caused great damage to the environment. In the past two years, all countries have drafted several measures of construction industry, such as green buildings, energy-saving construction, and building renovation.

"Asia Pacific Space Design Exhibition (2010• Beijing)" was grand opened in Beijing National Convention Center on October 8, 2010. Leaders of China Building Decoration Association, such as Ma Tinggui, Vice President Xu Peng, Secretary-General Liu Xiaoyi, and other leaders of China Building Decoration Association and various enterprises attended the meeting. Our company also as an exhibitor in the Beijing annual meeting to promote the company's design, construction strength and decoration industry new field - aircraft interior display and was awarded the title of ten influential institutions by the China Assembly Association.

On September 27, 2010, Beijing Building Decoration Association and Singapore Construction Authority jointly held the "China - Singapore Green Building Forum - 2010 'Beijing" activity.
